Good Traffic FAQ
Good Traffic (formerly mobilads) works with rideshare drivers to launch advertising campaigns for companies like Amazon, Metro PCS and Boost Mobile. We have great relationships with Uber and Lyft drivers alike and it is very easy to sign up.
How long is each campaign?
The average Good Traffic campaign lasts 4 weeks. However, some clients request campaigns of 6, 8, or 12+ weeks, so the campaign length will vary.
Can I really make up to $300 per month?
This is just an average — Good Traffic campaigns can pay anywhere between $200 - $1,875 per month depending on several factors, such as duration of the campaign, the type of wrap, and specific locations where you need to drive.
How will I get paid?
Once your car is wrapped and you've uploaded the photos in the Good Traffic app, we will approve it and initiate the upfront payment (50% of your total earnings) right away. The same will happen at the end of the campaign when we have verified that your wrap is still on the car. Payment processing time is 1-2 business days (depending on who you bank with) and will arrive directly into the bank account that you entered in your profile.
How does a driver qualify to drive with Good Traffic?
To qualify for Good Traffic, drivers must: work for an app-based rideshare or delivery company, be on the road 40+ hours per week, and operate a vehicle in good condition that is a 2013 or newer.
How do I sign up for a Good Traffic campaign?
Visit www.goodtraffic.com/drivers, apply in the sign-up form, and then download our mobile app. A Good Traffic representative will inform you when we have a new advertising campaign in your city for you to participate in.
What clients have you worked with?
Good Traffic has launched advertising campaigns for Amex, DraftKings, Amazon, Shopify, Wonderful Pistachio, Lionsgate, and more.
What is the difference between a partial wrap and a full wrap?
A full wrap covers the entire surface of the vehicle, from the roof to the bumpers. A partial wrap covers the doors on both sides of your car, and sometimes the rear window.
What material is the wrap made of?
We use the highest quality Avery Dennison and 3M vinyl specifically designed for temporary, safe, and easy installation and removal.
Will the wrap damage my vehicle in any way?
The high-quality wrap material will not damage your vehicle, as long as you do not have a non-OEM paint job or existing damage/paint chipping on your car.
Do you offer a wrap warranty?
We use the lightest and safest vinyl material on the market, so it's easy to remove at the end of the campaign without causing any damage. However, Good Traffic team members always inspect your car prior to wrapping to ensure that there is no risk of damaging your vehicle. If there's any risk, we will ask you for your consent before wrapping your car.
Who is physically installing the vinyl wrap?
Our licensed team of installers apply the high-quality vinyl wrap to your vehicle quickly and safely.
How long does it take to install the wrap?
The installation is usually completed in less than 30 minutes for partial wraps, and less than 3 hours for full wraps.
Who removes the wrap when the campaign is over?
Drivers usually remove the wrap themselves. It’s safe, easy, and takes 2-3 minutes to remove. Just make sure to upload the final photo of your car wrapped in the Good Traffic app before you remove it! Here are some tips for easy removal: https://www.goodtraffic.com/removal/ If you don't want to remove it yourself, we can coordinate a day to come by our shop and have our team remove it.
I have a friend who is interested in Good Traffic, how do I tell them to sign up?
Have them visit www.goodtraffic.com/drivers, provide the requested information, and then put your name in the “Where did you hear about us?" section. A Good Traffic representative will inform them when we have a new campaign in their area.
What is the Good Traffic referral bonus?
Good Traffic will pay you $25-50 for each driver you refer to us once they are signed up for a Good Traffic campaign and get their car wrapped.
Is Good Traffic approved by the TLC in NYC?
Yes, as of November 2018.
